Easy to install with the instruction videos on YT. Note that you will need a coil spring compressor to remove the top plate so the studs are tapped out and the new longer one inserted. Took me 3hrs total to complete.
I did this lift kit while replacing shocks and struts. You will need to remove the press in bolts on the struts, disassembly of the strut is the best way. You'll need a coil spring compression tool for the struts. The rear is simple. The front is not easy, but not hard. Picture is vefore and after. Same tires.
Well, the product lift kit is nice for the price. If you are a DIYer, you should have no problem having experience with spring compression. As for the customer service, the support were knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful.
